Casagrand launches Spanish themed residential community in Chennai

Chennai-based real estate developer, Casagrand, has launched Casagrand Casamia, a 22-acre Spanish-themed residential project Pallavaram, Chennai.

Inspired by the Mediterranean architecture, the project offers over 1,300 designed 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments ranging from ₹45 Lakhs to ₹1.36 crore, says a release. The company has roped in actress Nayanthara as the face of Casagrand Casamia.

Located in Pallavaram, one of Chennai’s fastest-growing urban corridors, Casagrand Casamia is linked to GST Road, Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Road, OMR, and the Chennai International Airport.

While the prevailing property prices in Pallavaram is around ₹7,000 per sq ft, Casagrand is offering homes at ₹4,199 per sq ft to enable homebuyers to invest in premium living at an unbeatable value, the release said.
